Strangely, Photoshop works fine, so I'm puzzled about the issue's cause. Since then, almost everything is stuck and takes an eternity to load. Despite the damage, I can still work and see the screen.Īfter the incident, my computer froze. The screen cracked, and now there are a few vertical lines on the right side. (I guess inadvertently applied excessive pressure) This problem started when I accidentally applied too much pressure while holding my computer from the side of the screen.
My computer is sluggish, there's no sound device (sound setting is empty), the WiFi is slow, and everything takes forever to load. I'm dealing with serious issues after upgrading to 13.5
